WORK EXPERIENCES AND INTERNSHIPS

A Work Experience/Internship partnership between your business and MY PATH is a terrific way for your company to experience the benefits of a more diverse talent pool before committing to a permanent position.

Here is how it works...

  • Your company will recruit individuals through Vocational Rehabilitative Services (VRS) / MY PATH to participate in a 4-12 week Work Experience/Internship for a specific position within your company

  • The successful recruit will be a temporary employee of MY PATH while working with your team and learning their role and assigned tasks. When deemed necessary, MY PATH will also provide a Job Coach to shadow the individual.

  • Your management team will have the option to hire the recruit after the conclusion of the Work Experience/Internship
