SCOPE OF MY PATH’S PRIVACY POLICY

MY Path, LLC ("us", "we" or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information ("user", "you" or "your") that we collect from individuals. We will destroy personal information when we no longer need it.

MY PATH does not intend to solicit or market to individuals under the age of 13.  We also do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 in order to provide our services.

There are certain parts of MY PATH’s website that require you to enter personal information.  During your interactions through our online services (including social media pages/networks), e-mail, or if you complete online forms (or similar), we may obtain your IP address and require the provision of information that personally identifies you.  

You will have the choice to not provide personal information to MY PATH.  If you choose not to provide personal information, you will not be able to use or participate in the portions of the Site requiring this.  You will still have the ability to browse information regarding our services and Site.

DO NOT TRACK

Some browsers will allow users to automatically notify visited websites to not track you by using a “Do Not Track” signal.  Industry participants have not formed a consensus as to what “Do Not Track” means in this context.  Similar to many online services and websites, we currently do not alter our practices or honor requests to accommodate a “Do Not Track” signal from a visitor’s browser.  Additionally, we may collect your user information over time regarding your online activities across different websites or authorize third parties to do so.  You may learn more about “Do Not Track” information at www.allaboutdnt.com.

PRIVACY POLICY EFFECTIVE DATE

This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2024 and replaces/supersedes any prior Privacy Policy.
