POSITION BREAKDOWN AND ANALYSIS

Partnering together, your company and MY PATH will identify specific positions within your business that could capitalize on, and benefit from, the common traits and characteristics of those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The Position Breakdown and Analysis Process:

  • Begins with a meeting between MY PATH and crucial team members (managers, trainers, etc.) to identify possible positions as well as review expectations and performance requirements for each. We'll discuss performance measurement and how to effectively communicate expectations to an individual with ASD.

  • MY PATH will then review your established training materials and procedures and make suggestions as to how to best tailor them to effectively meet the needs of an individual with ASD.

  • Next, a MY PATH Employment Specialist will participate in your training process for an identified position.

  • After completing the training, the MY PATH team will analyze the training that you have in place and make recommendations to your key personnel as to how to better align it with the ASD community.
