Your Path For Life
My Path is a comprehensive life coaching and career counseling services program that offers a continuum of options for those with disabilities seeking Career Exploration, Post-Secondary Education & Training Prep, Pre-Employment Skills, Life Skills, Employment Skills, and Disability Advocate Consultation. My Path also offers Training & Consultation for Businesses seeking to develop programs to attract and retain candidates with disabilities. All services are designed and implemented with one common theme in mind: accomplish our client's goals.

The mission of My Path is simple, Build confidence and independence in individuals with disabilities while fostering the courage and perseverance to accomplish their goals. To accomplish this, perspective clients and their families will work 1 on 1 with their My Path Employment Specialist through a person-centered process to find a “path” to follow which will lead to a fulfilling and rewarding life and career.

Owner, Nate Evens, started My Path after seeing a need in our society and forming a simple belief. ALL Individuals can find their calling and add value to our society. Having worked with individuals with disabilities for over 15 years, Nate saw too many capable individuals not reaching their full potential. Having a disability should not limit the opportunities available to young adults.

* The average number of days that it took for clients engaged in a PBAs (Performance Based Agreements) in 2023 to find employment was 43 days.
* 100% of client survey respondents either agreed or strongly agreed that they felt that MY PATH was receptive to their feedback, goals, and requirements and that these items were incorporated into their action plans.
