Then maybe you could benefit from MY PATH's "Work With Employers" services. These services were designed to help embolden and empower you in your current or prospective position. In the "Work With Employers" program, MY PATH's staff will partner with you to assess your skills, assist in communicating your thoughts, and help you feel more confident in your role. Choose from a variety of services to develop an Action Plan that is tailored to your needs.
If you don't see a service listed that you are interested in, please ask about it. We will try to find a way to accommodate your request.
